Lower back pain

I am a 33 year old healthy female suffering from lower back pain after eating. I have no injuries or digestive problems. Can it be a kidney problem?

Hallo Adele
a Peptic or Deodenal ulcer's pain often refers to the back - if it happens after meals I think you should let your Doctor have a look at your stomach - you may need a gastroscopy.
