Lower back pain

I have a bulge in one of my lower vetebrae, when the pain starts its unbearable. What can I do?

Hello Els,
Lie on your back & pull your knees to your chest.

Lie on the symptom free side and drape your lower leg over the side of your bed or couch.

Ice the disc bulge 7 minutes every 30 minutes or ever hour depending on level of pain.

Place hot water bottle 5cm above symptomatic area. Do not use heat over painful area.
