Lower abdominal pain whislt pregnant (28 weeks)

Dear Doc

In the mornings when I get up, I sometimes experience lower abdominal pain. It is very uncomfortable. What is the cause of this? I sleep either on my left or right side with a cushion supporting my belly. This morning it was as though my lower abdominal were stiff and it was a bit uncomfortable to walk.

I also get a whitish discharge, it is more than it was in the beginning, Should I worry?

It may be stretching of the ligaments.
A clear, non-itchy, non-smelly discharge is normal in pregnancy.

Best wishes

the pain is probably your round ligaments stretching.
