There are a multitude of possible causes for lower abdominal pain and I therefore suggest that you consult your doctor for an examination and possible lower abdominal ultrasound, to have a proper diagnosis made. Possible causes range from diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel syndrome, ectopic pregnancy, chron's disease, kidney stones etc.
