low sugar

hi doc,
a recent trip to the doctor , with the diagnostic of me being to stressed at work saw , saw that my sugar was at 2.5 how can i get it up to where it should be

A sensible diet consisting of six to seven small meals per day will increase your sugar level and keep your readings stable. When you do eat carbohydrates, consume products with a low GI that will release the sugars slowly. Stay away from refined sugar.
