Susan, there could be a couple of reasons and what I''d suggest you do is to actually search for articles on the topic on the internet and see what you get. On the other hand, nothing beats a professional opinion so please be openminded when consulting the internet, don''t trust everything you read  ).

Like Vaaitjie pointed out, it could be stress, it could be fatigue, it could also be a physical problem, but don''t feel alarmed...there is a lot to try out before you proclaiming it a physical issue.
