Low iron level in blood, but adequate stores?

The dr diagnosed me with very low iron levels in my blood, but adequate levels in my stores. How do I mobilise this iron to my blood? I''m deadtired!

It is possible that you are unable to mobilise iron from your iron stores or that the protein responsible for carrying the iron, is deffective. I therefore, suggest that you consult a haematologist for further blood testing, to have a clear diagnosis made.
