According to a well known eating plan Gem Squash has a Low GI
and it is a free Vegetable

With the eating plan you may have up to 300grams of free vegetables a day in addition to your 3 servings vegetables.
Other free is Cabbage, Cauliflower, celery, cucumber, lettuce, mushrooms, peppers red,green yellow, pumpkin, baby marrow
