low fat cheese wig

Hi doc

On my diet it states that i am allowed to eat 1 or 2 low fat cheese wig''s per day. I only have one.

Is this a good idea, because it is processed cheese?

Dear Annemarie
What is a cheese wig? Is it like a wedge of cheese? Sort of a small thick piece? I would presume that the weight of such a portion is between 20 and 30 g. Am I right? If so eating one portion of 20g of processed cheese a day will not make a dramatic difference to your fat intake. It may have been included as a little 'treat'.
