Low Blood Sugar

Hi,

I spoke to a dietician about my ' fainting/dizzy'  spells. she suspects that i have hypglycemia.

questions
- is it really necessary for me to test for this? or can i just adjust my diet?
- are there any risks involved with not seeing to the problem?

Please advise.

Regards,

Dear Linkie
Fainting and dizzy spells can also be caused by heart problems like arrythmias, so first let your GP have a look if there isn't another cause for this?
