low blood pressure

I''m 45, healthy, active, do regular exercise, eat healthy. last week i passed out and when the ME took my blood pressure it was 90/54. why and what can i do to improve it

The only thing you can do for low blood pressure is to use something like Akrinor or increase your salt intake if your blood pressure is low. Usually it is not dangerous, just unpleasant, as it causes dizziness, tiredness and faints.
