Low blood pressure

About 2 and a half monts ago I had high blood pressure of about 180/90, and then started training in the gym. Since then my blood pressure have dropped to 112/78 and stays there. Do I have a low blood pressure problem or can it be that the training brings the pressure down. My pulse is 48 bpm. I do train 5 times a week and do cardio and weight training.
