Dear Losing Weight
Your present BMI = 21,6 which is ideal for your height. If you had to lose 7 kg and weigh only 60 kg, you would have a BMI of 19,4 which is close to underweight and slipping towards anorexia. Rather keep your weight constant and do some exercises in a gym to firm and trim your figure if you should have any sagging muscles after the birth of your children. This is a healthy option to make you look stunning without turning you into skin and bone.
Stick to your present weight!
Best regards
