Dear Juanita
The fact that you are losing cm indicates that you are actually losing fat. It is possible that if you exercise for 2 hours a day that you are at present building muscle tissue which weighs more than fat tissue. So you won't lose kgs, but you are replacing fat with muscle. If you find that you are still not losing any kgs after a month, then it may be a good idea to compare what you are eating at present with the energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet on this Website(click on 'DietnFood' at the top of this page, then on 'Healthy Diets' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet). Even healthy foods if eaten in excess can cause weight gain or prevent weightloss.
Keep up the good work with the exercise

I think losing CM is what most of us want, we buy clothes in cm not weight. Enjoy the feeling, you doing great. Otherwise do lots of Cardio exercise it works on both CM''s and Kg''s.

You are probably building muscle and that''s why the scales aren''t moving. Isn''t centimeter loss better than weight loss? One can see centimeter loss. Whereas weight loss could be water etc. and not necessarily fat. Enjoy the feeling of how your clothes sit on you and what you look like
