Lordosis

Hi,
I have a lordosis of the lower back. What exercises or changes can I make to improve on this?

Everyone has a lordosis of the lower back it is normal and healthy. However, to small or great a lordosis may be a problem. Any exercise that emphasives good posture and normal spinal alignment should be emphasised. I would advise you to see an osteopath in your area to make the exercise more specific for you.
