Remenber to exercise the legs and walk around during pit stops.Having CD''s with nursery rhymes etc is a great distraction.Lots of favourit treats to nibble. Get her excited by what she is seeing and what to expect at her destination. Keeping to her sleep times and getting to destinations by 4pm is good practice!
