Load speaking

My son speaks very load -could his ears be the problem

Dear Elmien

It is possible that he is not hearing well, as fluid behind the eardrum (in the middle ear) is a common cause in children. Have your doctor examine his ears, and of you are still not sure, an Audiogram (hearing test) can be performed.
If this is normal, it may be of value to note that boys tend to be more vocal than girls at a younger age.

Thank you for your reply. we saw an ent and he didn''t see anything to badly wrong except sinus badly blocked. We will try to see a audioligist for a test.
