As I said in this week's DietDoc Topic, do a Search on the Internet for SA and use search terms like 'Mesotherapy'. But keep in mind that you need to have this type of treatment done by a medical dr qualified in the technique and that any injections or other semi-invasive treatments can have negative side-effects. You will also not lose masses of weight, unless you go on a low-fat diet and do plenty of exercise.
