Life

Hi Cybie

My great aunt is recovering at home after her stroke. I went to visit her on Mothers Day just to be with her. She is not doing too well and I just want to make sure she knows I am there for her.

Just got a phone call now my husbands dad also had a stroke (second one) and he is in ICU.

Life is so unpredictable.

I do feel I have made huge progress in the way I deal with my feelings / emotions.
