Please help, i just started using tampon and they are damn painfull and uncomfortable and yet very hussle free. There must be something i am doing wrong otherwise they would have been out of business long time ago. please give any hints and tips, or is this pain going to subside. The pain is usually when i am sitting and bending......i started menstruating when i was 10 and i am 28. is it maybe that i have made the transaction too late?

It' s obvius u r not pushing it in try until u feel like u touched a wall then u wont feel anything...gudluk

Hi Hippi,l

From experience. I think you are not inserting nicely thatz why it hurts you. It should not be painful at all. When you are inserting, try to stand with your legs open a bit far frm each other and put it in slowly till you feel confortable. ChAoo!!!
