Lemon juice and weight loss

Hi there. I have heard that drinking warm water with lemon juice in the morning will help your body to lose weight. Is this true or is this just a myth?

Drinking lemon and hot water will provide you with some vit C, but it does not promote weightloss. Just make sure that you rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after drinking lemon water as the acid in the lemon juice can erode your tooth enamel. The healthy diet and good intensive exercise (if possible) for at least 30 min a day will cause weightloss.
