Cholesterol level LDL of .4mmol. What does that suggest

LDL is "bad" cholesterol and should be less than 3 to be normal. If your is 4 it may be too high and you may need to look at your diet or get anticholesterol medication. See also http://www.heartfoundation.co.za/health/cholesterol.htm
