Laymans Language Please!!!!

have done a semen analysis.

Ph 8.0
volume 2.8mls
liquefication - Normal
Motility- About 70% ar actively motile. Pus Cells seen 10-20/HPF
Morphology - 83% have normal morphology. 7% have abnormal heads and 10% abnormal tails
Sperm count- 72million per cubic ml

Please analyze this for me.

The semen analysis results shown reflect basically a normal semen analysis except for the presence of a few pus cells. The presence of pus cells may indicate the possibility of an infection, which can easily be treated with antibiotics.
