Hi Doc

Ek wil net graag weer of alle peule laag is in Gi. Bv ertjies.of is dit net sekere bone. Wat van sonneblompitte en pampoenpitte

Alle peulgroente, m.a.w. droë, gekookte of ingemaakte erte, bone (veral ook sojabone) en lensies en alle produkte wat daarvan gemaak word soos plantaardige proteïen (d.i. “textured vegetable protein” wat bv, in baie geprosesseerde kosse gebruik word) en tofu het 'n lae GI. Alle sade soos sonneblom en pampoenpitte is ook lae-GI kosse.
