Lactose question

How do you know when you are lactose intolerant? What can you do about it?

Lactose (milksugar) can only be digested if you have enough of an enzyme called Lactase.

Most common symptoms are diarrhoea, bloating and gas. You have to avoid milk and rather use soya milk.
Milk protein allergy can cause hives, excema, blocked nose and also diarrhoea
