KRAAK KRAAK

Ek moes vir ' n week en ' n half ophou oefen weens ' n lugweginfeksie. Ek het nog nie weer begin oefen nie. My skouers en ruggraat is nou krakerig en klapperig. Is dit " normaal" ?

Dit word veroorsaak deur kraakbeen wat teen mekaar vryf en as jy baie lyfseer gehad het het jy dalk bietjie inflammasie in die area. Wag tot jy glad nie meer koors of lyfseer het nie, voor jy terug gaan om te oefen!
