Knob under my tongue

Every now and again I get a knob (single) under my tongue. It is quite irritating when eating. I am not a smoker, drinker and dont do drugs. Not sure if it is vitamin related.

Swelling under the tongue is usually obstruction of the salivatory glands. If it appears periodically, it is most probably a salivatory gland. Keep yourself well hydrated and when the "knob" appear, consult your doctor for an examination to confirm the diagnosis.
