Knee problems

I seem to suffer from intense pain on my right knee whenever I sit down low or squat and wake up. The pain is excruciating on the outside and inside of the knee and these sections become very tender. What would say could possible be the problem?

That "mechanical" pain in your knee can be from a torn cartilage or even arthritis. You should see an orthopedic surgeon who would do an X-ray and determine the cause
