Kliniese dieetkundige

Hallo Dokter. Ek soek asseblief u advies. Ek is ' n 43 jarige dame wat net so 5 kg oorgewig is ... maar om een of ander duistere rede kry ek dit net nie verloor nie. Ek oefen elke dag, maar eet ook totaal verkeerd. Ek het ' n baie stresvolle werk en my enigste ontvlugting is my oefening ... en elke aand se braai of uiteet. Diet Doc sê  ek moet ' n kliniese dieetkundige gaan sien wat ' n bietjie met my kop kan werk! Ek het vanoggend die Dieetkunde Raad ge -|- ak, maar omdat ek op die Platteland woon, is daar nie so iemand binne ' n paar honderd kilometer van ons ou dorpie nie. Het u dalk enige advies vir my ... om my kop reg te kry ... elke Maandag trek en teen ' n tempo weg en oefen en eet reg ... so teen Woensdag gooi ek weer alles oorboord ... naweke ook ... en Maandag is ek weer totaal depressief en teleurgesteld in myself. Wat ' n bose kringloop!

Hi Grieta - I think thois question, as regards the unvailability of dieticians in country areas, would still be much better directed to my colleague Dietdoc. To the extent that it'd help to work with the Kop as well, a similar problem might apply ( and there's no short easy answers I could provide over the internet ) - maybe FAMSA or some such group would know if there is a competent counsellor within reach of you ?
Remember, if you can do the right things as regards diet and exercise any days of the week, you are entirely CAPABLE of doing it every day of the week. Enlist huisband and family and friends to check on you and make sure you are keeping it up, and to feed you with praise for every day you keep it up and every bit of weight you lose, rather than rewarding you with food !

Grieta, kry vir jou ' n maat om saam met jou te oefen. En hou op met gemors eet, dan sal jy daai 5 kg verloor. As jy MOET uiteet, bestel vir jou ' n slaai, dis baie lekkerder as wat jy dink. As julle by die huis braai, meonie wors eet nie en probeer volstruis steak of lendeskyf (sirloin) eet sonder die vet. Los die Jimmy' s sous en gebruik liewer Worcester sous as jy van ' n lekker marinade hou.
