Green bowel movements can be due to iron in supplements or chlorofil in certain foods, so is not necessarily something to be worried about. But if it is slimy, bloody and smell bad, you probably have an infection and a sample should be sent to a lab. You also have to have your urine tested to check for kidney infection, as you may need antibiotics. I think you should see your GP.
