Brown, wholewheat and many of the wheat breads (like the low-GI breads or seed loaves) all contain wholewheat and grain. Most rye breads also contain some wheat flour, so you need to look for 100% rye breads. Rusks made with sifted white wheat flour do not contain wholewheat. High-fibre crackers like Pro-Vita, etc, also contain wholewheat.
Check the list of ingredients on each bread or product you buy to see if it lists wholewheat or unsifted wheat flour or wheat bran.
