kidney failure

both the kidneys have an increased echogenic parenchymal pattern with loss of cortico medullary junction. Normal renal sizes are still maintained. The above features are suggestive of an acute nephropathy. Further urologic or nephrologic work out is advised. Please explain in plain English and what treatment should be followed

There is an abnormality of your kidneys. Unfortunately, further tests should be done to determine the cause of the pathology/abnormality and only then treatment can be determined.
