Dear Zukiswa
Kidney and bladder infections can be caused by bacteria getting into the urine tube ( wiping the wrong way, during sex) or due to kidney stones, kidney disease, pregnancy or bladder disorders. Treatment will depend on the cause and if you get more than 3 infections a year you should actually see a urologist.
