Keratoconus

Is keratoconus a disability? I am speaking from a labour point of view.

It can be - it can cause severe vision problems, so if a person needs to be able to see well to do his work, it may be impossible for them to work if they have keratoconus

Person with keratoconus with one eye very bad, what is the possibility to keep on working in myning environment, will the bad underground conditions be harmfull in future?
