Kelp Supplement

I use Eltroxin(0.1mg)for a underactive thyroid gland.Am I able to use a supplement called KELP, containing 415 mg kelp and Iodine 200mg?Can I use both?Or they mutually exclusive?Your help will be appreciated.Thanks.

Since iodine supplementation may influence hormonal levels in blood tests, patients taking Eltroxin should be careful to take kelp or iodene containing supplements. Usually it is enough to use iodized salt on your food.
