Kegals not working

I have been trying to be good about doing my kegal exercises for the past few months, but i dont think that they are working as I have started to pee a bit when sneezing and only just make it to the loo if need to go. I was wondering whether I should think about purchasing some ben-wa balls or conical cone to use. I have noticed that there are quite a lot of products available - please could you help me decide which to go for - in your opinion, which product gives the best results.

Thank you
