Weird how books find you, went to library after work and found this book by marion woodman Addiction to Perfection shew i am only on chapter one but what an eye opener for me and my compulsive behavior.

Hadn' t heard of this book, but will look out for it.
Presumably, in treating Perfection Addiction, one needs to introduce increasing does of imperfection, so as to develop tolerance for it ?
