Kan nie meer nie

Hello Dok

Ek is ' n man in my vroeg dertigs, met ' n vrou en kinders.

Asseblief help my.

Hello Anon,
It really very much sounds as though you have, for whatever reason, developed a Depressive illness. This is a miserable experience, but fortunately Depression generally responds really well to treatment, both with meds and with CBT counselling. DO see your GP for a proper assesment and diagnosis, and a discussion of treatment options.
The mere fact that a sensible and responsible guy like you is thinking of suicide is an alarm signal. And no insurance policy can provide any family with what they would lose if they lost YOU yourself.
The SADAG, Depression & Anxiety Support Group ( number on this page ) could provide you with some sessions where you can chat with people with similar problems, and you can get treated at a state clinic or hospital or at your nearest medical School dept of Psychiatry.
YOu will be able to be feeling much better in a month or two, and you deserve proper treatment and the recovery it can bring

Sterkte.
