All contraceptives have a failure rate, so it is possible to fall pregnant on the injectable.

i' m on a pill and the condom broke, i also took an emergency pill on top of the pill i normally take. now i' m a week late, haven' t received my periods yet...i did a pregnancy test but was negative, could it be i' m pregnant and it was still early for the pregnancy test to predict?

After 3 years on the injection it is highly unlikely.
Others battle for years and years after being off the injection to fall pregnant.
