Dear Ash Lee
Please check if the nutritional information you list from the Jungle Oats Energy Bar is per 100 g or per bar. If the values are per 100g, then eating one bar will provide you with 504 kJ which equal approx. 8% of your daily energy requirement if you are trying to lose weight. If the values are per bar, then eating one bar will provide you with 1008 kJ which equals 16% of your daily energy intake - this is far too much. The bar also has a high sugar and fat content, so it is not ideal for slimming. It is after all an ENERGY bar, not a slimming bar. Having half a bar a day or eating one every second day, should not interfere with your slimming regimen, but it may be better to go easy on these high-energy bars if you want to achieve results.
