Joints creaking and clacking

Creaking and clacking joints.
When I get out of bed in the mornings most joints in my body, either click or clack. This is a definite sound I can hear, there is no pain, but I am concerned about the long term effects, or perhaps problems that can develop later, I am in my early forties now.

Hallo Jan
These "noises" are caused by the cartilage at both ends of the joint slipping over each other. If the joints are not stiff, sore, red or swollen, it is nothing to worry about. You could maybe try a supplement like Osteo Eze
Dr Bets
