Joint pains and severe headache

Joint pains started in shoulders about a month ago have now spread to wrists, elbows, knees. permanent headache for about a week now. 51yrs, male

I suggest that you consult your doctor for a full examination and blood tests, as there are a multitude of reasons for joint pain or atralgia. What concerns me is the constant or chronic headache and it will have to be investigated by your doctor or a referral to a neurologist.
