Yes, it's fine. Obviously, not very pleasant, and especially at the start of the summer, it's a major issue because you're not adapted to the heat. But once you've adapted to it, then it's OK.
There is a problem if you're going to do quite high intensity running in that time period. You can jog, but if you are going to run faster, then it becomes a problem because you generate so much heat, and you can't lose it all.
But provided you don't try to force it and do your faster sessions on these days, it's no problem. Just take your time getting used to it, so that you are not going in unprepared.
