Jelly Bloody Stool

My 12 week old Jack Russel puppy has passed some jelly like substance that is bloody at the end of passing a normal stool.
After passing a stool he still strains and then passes the blood speckled jelly. He is very active and is eating well (Hill' sPuppy and Beno dog biscuits) Please could you advise if this is serious.
He was dewormed two days ago and also had his second round of vaccinations.

Dear Gitta

Do not woory to much it can be after the worming or just adjusting to puppy food. Put Protexin on his food for 1 month to help him adjust quicker.
