JAW AND CHEST PAIN

My husband has continous jaw pain together with chest pain,
he was admitted with a " heart attack"  had an angiogram which
was clear. The pain is becoming more regular, upto 5 times a week he is very tired and also suffers with cervical discogenic
disease and copd. Due you think these pains are heart related or note?
