IVF / VASECTOMMY

i had mine done 22 yrs ago. New wife 47 , wants kids,she has never had kids,. Is it possible after 22 yrs that my sperms okay ? will i still have sperm ? or healthy ones ?
Can a woman of 47 have healthy kids, any advice as ive done so much research , each gyney has his own oppinion &  some just wanna make money.

Help pls.

It is possible to still have sperms; however sperms would have to be retrieved from the testis. It is possible for a 47 year old to conceive with here won eggs, but realistically she stands an extremely small chance of achieving this even with IVF.
