IVF or IVF with ICSI

Hi Doc. I had a tubal ligation done a few years ago. My hubby' s sperm is fine and I am a healthy 39 yr old. Do you think i would have a better chance with IVF alone or should I try IVF with ICSI? Thank you very much!

Dear Jamie

The choice of IVF or ICSI would be dependent on the semen analysis (count, motility, morphology). If the semen analysis is normal then IVF should be sufficient.
