itching

I have observed that if I roll up the foreskin for cleaning and then back, now when I pee there is irritation on the skin as if cracks have developed and urine is causing it . What could be the reason? is it any infection?

If this only happens after cleaning your penis in this way then there is a chance that it is the soap you are using - try to avoid perfumed soap as this can really dry the skin out. A good wash with water should be adequate, alternatively try aqueous soap.

Cavalier, YOU just dont get it. Have you ever seen any circumcised guy post here about a problem he is having with his penis? Only uncircumcised men have issues like Radcliffe probably has phimosis. Using " any healing cream"  as you call it is one certain way to thin out the penis skin to the point where not only will you have to get circumcised as you age 60+ but WILL have lifelong issues associated with extremely thin skin that can and will rupture at any time. This has been medically shown over years that steroid cream, what you call any healing cream, will create permanent long term problems beyond what can be taken care of permanently with circumcision that will also result in an improved sex life as well.

It not a question of here we go again, its a statement of facts. Get beyond your short sighted intactivist outlook in life. Its just like having a foreskin pulled over your head. Dark and smelly.

Here we go again ! All the advice to have the snip ! No way. Keep it if you can.Its what you were born with and is not meant to be cut away. What you have probably done is to have irritated the opening either by being too rough or the wrong type of soap. Any healing cream will sort it out.

You would not be having this issue if you were circumcised. This will only get worse over time. Watch out for the steroid skin creams, they are known to thin out the skin which can really create problems as you get up in age. The tearing gets worse and sex gets painful. You really do want to consider getting circumcised.
