I have a constant itch in my groin area. There is no rash or pimples or something, just this unbearable itching that is sometimes really embarassing to scratch there, you know?

Hallo John, the most common cause of a groin itch is a fungal infection, but it can also be caused by sweating, chemicals like soaps/detergents, public lice, or anxiety. I suggest that you let your doctor have a look at the area.
