Hi Im a 33yr old male. Can you help me? When I go to the toilet, and do my business, when I start cleaning up, I always tend to have blood on the tissue paper. This has been happening for years, sometimes is goes away and then back again. Why and what can I do about it?

Dear HO
You may have a hemorroid or small tear of the anus. Your doctor needs to have a look so that the cause can be properly treated. I know it sounds gross to have an examination "there" but it is sometimes necessary!
